Dr. Aunna Pourang is a board certified physician, author and yoga teacher. She is also certified in Ayurveda and is a current fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine Fellowship. As a leader in the integrative health field she gives many presentations on meditation, mindfulness, the mind-body connection, stress management as well as other health and wellness related topics. Dr. Pourang has been a keynote speaker in many different settings including wellness retreats, medical schools and corporate executive offices. Many audience guests have reported feeling relaxed and empowered after attending events led by Dr. Pourang.
